REGULATIONS OF THE INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL-CONTEST Kolibri In Helsinki, the project "Flight Kolibri

Groups, having the title of "Exemplary", pass a qualifying round without providing audio or video.

Age category of festivals:
- The youngest age group - 6-10 years
- Average age category - 11 - 13 years
1 8 лет - Older age category - 14 - 1 8 years
- Adult age category - over 18 years
In the team for each age category are allowed up to 30% of participants younger or older than that age frame. For example, a team participating in the nomination of the younger age group may be up to 30% of under 7 years of age or older than 10 years.
Nominations festivals and the order of participation:
The festival offered the following nominations:
1. Pop vocal (solo, duet, ensemble)
2. Folk vocal (solo, duet). Ethnographic folklore.
3. Folk vocal (solo, duet). Stylized folklore.
4. Ethnographic Folklore Ensemble
5. Stylized folk group.
6. People stage dance.
7. Contemporary dance.
8. Ensemble, the orchestra of folk instruments.
9. Ensemble, an orchestra of wind instruments.
10. The ensemble of string instruments.
In the nominations of the contest participants will present the concert-competition program of the 2 rooms. Performances are held according to schedule provided by festival organizers. The duration of each room - 3-4 minutes. The festival organizers reserve the right to make the union of genres within the nominations based on applications received and in consultation with the jury.
Festival fee is $ 25 with the party.
The jury:
The jury, headed by the chairman, is formed and approved by the Organizing Committee of renowned artists, educators, creative universities, directors and managers of creative groups, culture and arts. The final list of judges is formed no later than 1 month before the festival.
Organizing Committee organized a meeting of participants of the festival, teachers and members of the jury to parse the competition performances and exchanges.
Criteria for evaluating performances and award winners:
- purity of tone and musical structure (in the categories - vocal works);
- possession of a dynamic palette of sound (in the category - vocal works);
- the complexity of the repertoire (all categories);
- choreographic craftsmanship (in the category - dance works)
- cohesion of the team during the execution (all categories);
- artistic, musical, artistic interpretation of the work (all categories)
- the presence of diversity of folk instruments: strings (balalaika, domra, harp, etc.), wind (zhaleyka, flute, etc.), percussion (spoons, rattle, tambourine, etc.), button accordion, harmonic ( in nomination: "The People's vocal (solo, ensemble), ethnographic, stylized folklore").
- costume (for all nominations)
Prizes and awards:
In each category and age group are assigned the title of Winner of I, II, III degrees, as well as the title of Winner of the Festival. Winners are awarded with cups and prizes. One of the owners I prize with the highest number of votes of members of the jury is given the Grand Prix.
The Grand Prix will be given the opportunity to shoot a video clip or rotation on the radio, as well as participation in future projects "ArtYunionGrup"
Special diplomas issued in the presence of prominent members of the jury: "Best Choreographer" and "Best Musical", "Award for Artistry", "Diploma of the youngest participant," "Audience Award".
